ProfileFrantz Cayo is an Experiential Marketing and Programming expert who understands the convergences of content and technology to create unique experiences for Millennial and Generation Z consumers while capturing and sharing these stories on multiple media platforms. A fan and disciple of the Phygital Experience, Frantz wants to shower the world with The Culture in every avenue accessible. With over fifteen years of experience, Frantz Cayo has developed and executed content strategy to drive live event programming, digital engagement, brand integration, linear tune-in, and social-media interaction. Simply put, he puts butts in seats and eyeballs on content for a very finicky and elusive demographic. Frantz Cayo is currently the Executive Producer of the BET Experience in Los Angeles, the largest hip hop and black cultural experiential event on the West Coast. He programs all aspects of the event from the paid concerts to the free Fan Fest. Frantz has worked for other major brands such as MLB Advanced Media, ESPN, Red Bull and AFROPUNK. He has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing and Media from Columbia University. He is also an Adjunct Marketing Professor of Marketing for Baruch College. He currently resides in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn with his wife Toya and four kids.
